Terms of Acceptance
Schedule of Events
Operators are required to attend all events on the SBX schedule. Including mandatory one-on-one appointments, group presentations and networking events as assigned by event management.
If accepted, your hosted round-trip includes airfare to Scottsdale, AZ, a two-night hotel stay, ground transfers from the airport to the resort, and all scheduled meals. SBX will host your hotel stay on Monday, April 16th and Tuesday, April 17th at The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch. If you choose to arrive before Monday, April 16th or depart after Tuesday, April 17th, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the additional hotel room nights and the airline ticket balance if your alternative dates result in an increase in cost. Your airport transportation may not be covered for alternative dates. Incidentals, baggage fees, transportation to and from your home airport and parking not included.
Once travel has been booked, any additional charges or changes made to the reservation will be at your expense. If attendance is cancelled after your airfare is booked, you are responsible for refunding SBX the cost of your airline ticket. Your ticket will then appear as a travel credit in your name and can be used again based on specific airline policies.
